Gentle awareness for noisy little habits.

A calm, on-device companion that helps you notice unconscious sounds — like sniffing, throat-clearing, or pen-clicking — and respond with care instead of criticism.

What is AwareFlow?

AwareFlow is a mindful habit companion that listens on-device for short, repetitive sounds and treats them as signals from your nervous system — not flaws to fix.

Instead of shaming you, AwareFlow offers quiet, private awareness so you can notice these patterns early and decide what you want to do with them.

🌱 Why AwareFlow Exists

AwareFlow grew from a personal healing journey. Subtle, repetitive habits often show up long before burnout, conflict, or panic do — but most people only hear about them when someone else is annoyed.

AwareFlow changes that dynamic by giving you the first, gentle signal: “Something in you is asking for care,” not “You’re doing it wrong.”

✨ How AwareFlow Supports You

🧪 Science & Clinical Roadmap

AwareFlow is built on ideas from autonomic regulation, habit learning, and digital phenotyping. Subtle acoustic habits can function as behavioral signals for stress or overload when measured gently over time.

The app focuses on derived data — counts, timing, and patterns — while keeping raw audio on-device. For researchers and clinicians, we’re developing a structured roadmap for observational studies and pilot trials.

Trust & Transparency

AwareFlow is deliberately not a surveillance tool. Detection runs on your device, with no raw audio sent to our servers. We don’t use third-party ad SDKs or cross-app tracking.

You can pause detection at any time, clear your history, or simply delete the app. Learn more in our Confidentiality and Privacy Policy.
